ABOUT INFINITY ACADEMIES TRUST

Infinity Academies Trust is a family of 17 primary schools working together in local hubs across Lincolnshire.

Children are at the heart of everything we do at Infinity, and we strive every day to add value to our schools to enable them to be even better places for our children and young people to learn and grow.

We are proud to that our Trust serves a wide number of different communities and is made up of different kinds of schools. It's this diversity and difference that gives us our strength and broadens our knowledge base of what works best for children.

As a Trust, we promote the individuality of our schools and provide them with the freedom to develop their own strenghs, distinct character and to meet the needs of their communities whilst at the same time seeking to maximise the benefits of being part of a larger network and organisation.

Each year the Trust produces an Impact Report to show the strength

Highlights of our impact in 2025 include:

  • Outcomes are going from strength to strength - At Early Years, we continue to exceed the national average for the number of pupils achieving Good Levels of Development. Our average KS1 phonics outcomes have improved by 16 percentage points since 2022. And at KS2 Trust averages for combined Reading, Writing and Maths improved significantly on 2024 with a 17% increase.
  • Our communities have been praised by Ofsted - We are particularly proud that St Thomas' CE Primary Academy in Boston secured Outstanding judgements in every inspection area.
  • Our Church schools are thriving - The Diocese's MAT Summary Report found that Infinity is: "delivering education that is both academically rigorous and rooted in the Christian vision."
  • Our staff feel listened to, valued and valuable - 20% more staff than the benchmarked average feel that being part of the Trust is beneficial.
  • We continue to invest in our schools - With the support of the Condition Improvement Fund over £1.7million was invested in our school buildings taking the total investment to £6m since September 2022.
  • We are making our schools greener - Gross emissions have been reduced by an average of 15% per school.

When schools want to have a chat about being part of our family, we don't just look at what we can offer them. We want to work with schools who add to our collective expertise as we genuinely believe we can achieve more together. A partnership with Abbey has the potential to be hugely exciting.
